W największym konkursie w Europie Środkowo-Wschodniej startują najlepsze gry wideo wyprodukowane przez studia z regionu w danym roku. W inicjatywie łączącej 15 krajów międzynarodowe Jury przyzna nagrody w 8. kategoriach i ostatecznie wybierze laureatów.
Uroczysta gala i ogłoszenie zwycięzców CEEGA odbędzie się 7 października podczas Game Industry Conference 2023, które wraz z targami PGA odbędzie się w Poznaniu.
